In a calm neighborhood, you will have direct access to all the stores and restaurants of the city and will be ideally situated to enjoy a nice stay on the Normandy coast.

This comfortable and neatly decorated apartment is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator), consists of a living space of 34 sq. m and includes:
- a nice balcony giving on the park with barbecue,
- a pleasant living-room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and stereo system, Wifi,
- an access to the residence private swimming-pool (from mid-May until late September).

Note : the living room's rolling shutters are currently unavailable and will be changed in september 2023.

## Neighborhood

In a quiet neighborhood at the entrance of Trouville, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in this charming seaside resort, just by walking around! You will be able to stroll between the different Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the port or visit the city’s museums. You will find the beach in about twenty minutes on foot as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental: try the bakery Dupont, the popular pizzeria Il Parasole or the café-bar with good atmosphere Les Artistes. Lastly, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous Planches.

Deauville-Normandie Airport → 12 min by car
