Situated in a quiet and tree-lined residence, it benefits from a very sought-after green setting for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, while remaining close to beaches and amenities. The ocean and shops are about 1.8 km away, easily accessible by bike or car, while Lacanau lake is just 5 km away.



The residence has a communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September, a real asset to fully enjoy the beautiful days after a day at the beach or a walk in the forest. A parking area is arranged on the edge of the residence and the accommodation benefits from a numbered private parking space.



Inside, the house offers a friendly and bright living area with a lounge space equipped with a sofa, a television with Canalsat and a DVD player, ideal for relaxation moments. The kitchen area, open to the living room, is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary crockery and utensils.



The ground floor also includes a bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers, as well as a wet room with a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The toilets are independent. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sloping roof open to the living area accommodates a double bed and storage, offering a pleasant and cosy sleeping space.



Outside, the house has a south and east-facing terrace, fitted with a garden lounge and a plancha, as well as a small enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and the tranquillity of the surrounding forest. Free wifi connection via fibre allows you to stay connected throughout your stay.



This accommodation is an excellent option for a seasonal rental in Lacanau Océan, whether for a family holiday or a nature stay near the Atlantic beaches. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
