Chalet Cedar: Nestled between pine forest and freshwater, this holiday home is located in the heart of the La Marina de Talaris residence, in Lacanau, in a peaceful environment on the edge of the lake. The residence consists of individual houses distributed in airy hamlets, offering a real sense of space and tranquillity. Holidaymakers enjoy access to a collective swimming pool and a tennis court, ideal for relaxing or sporty stays. The Atlantic Ocean and the beaches of Lacanau Océan are about 8 km away, the lake is accessible in a few minutes and shops are only 3 km away.



This detached T3 house of 60 m² is perfectly suited for seasonal rental for a family stay or with friends. It has a WIFI connection and offers comfortable and well-arranged spaces. The master suite includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a wet room with shower. A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 cm and a wardrobe. An independent bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the sleeping area.



The living area is bright and welcoming. It combines a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a lounge area with television and sofa bed allowing sleeping for two additional people. Large bay windows open onto a 15 m² terrace without overlooking neighbours, ideal for enjoying beautiful days and the surrounding tranquillity.



A 10 m² bicycle storage room is also available, a real asset for discovering Lacanau and its cycle paths with complete freedom.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental but can be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
