Villa Althéa is a comfortable and perfectly equipped vacation home for successful stays all year round.
Ideally located in a quiet area, between the shops of the village of Longeville and the pine forest that borders the coast, it allows you to take advantage of the activities around: surfing, catamaran, kit-surfing, cycling, hiking, fishing, etc... The access to the beach of the Rock is done by a buccolic way through the forest.
Its large and bright living room offers a living room, a dining room, and an open kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, equipped with an awning, and all the necessary equipment for convivial meals in the open air. The garden is also equipped with a petanque court.
The open kitchen is functional, fully equipped and has a pantry for storage.
The house offers 3 bedrooms, two double and one single with 2 bunk beds, for 6 beds, a large shower room and 2 toilets.


## Surroundings

The house is located in a very quiet area near the forest of Longeville which offers nice walks under the pine trees, less than 2km from the beach of Le Rocher. You can practice surfing or kite-surfing, but also sailing, at the nautical base of Le Rocher. We are at 1.5 km from the shops of Longeville sur Mer. Bike rental in Longeville !
Many surf spots around the house. The nearby Marais Poitevin also offers beautiful canoeing trips.
