Once upon a time, in the beautiful state forest of Longeville-sur-Mer, there was a carefully renovated and refurbished house from the 60s-70s, hidden in the pine forest, waiting for its holidaymakers for the beautiful season.



She was already imagining children playing in her large tree-lined garden, parents preparing a barbecue or relaxing on the terrace. She saw her tenants having breakfast outside, in the soft morning temperature, at the time when only birdsong can be heard. She also told herself that they could all go to the beach by bicycle. It was easy: all they had to do was pedal 850 m straight under the trees to access it.



On their return, they could prepare delicious little dishes in its brand new fitted kitchen, with an induction hob, a fridge, a freezer, a traditional oven and a microwave oven. And for breakfasts, holidaymakers would find a toaster, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. The children would even be delighted to find a dishwasher to escape this nasty chore.



Then, they could gather around the dining room table to enjoy a good meal, then relax in the living room watching a good film. As night falls, the children would climb into the bunk beds to relive their day before falling asleep, and the older ones would find two rooms with double beds for a good night's rest, peacefully, in the middle of this so calm and soothing forest.



Parents would also appreciate the presence of a washing machine and space to park the car.

The cycle paths, highly developed in the region, follow the coast or venture inland. The opportunity to cycle to the Château de Talmont or to the gates of the Marais Poitevin! With good calves or by taking the car, you can discover Les Sables d'Olonne, 28 km away.
