About This Property
This summer, we are renting out our main residence, located in Veyrier-du-Lac, very close to Annecy.
Certified as a 4-star tourist accommodation, our recently built, bright, southwest-facing house sits on a landscaped plot of 1,200 m². It offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains, as well as an ideal setting for relaxing and recharging with family or friends.
The house has a private swimming pool and two terraces, both bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

Our home is a place we love and take great care of. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please note the following:
• For organizational and maintenance reasons, pets are not allowed.
• The house is non-smoking.
• Beach towels are not provided; foutas (beach towels) can be rented on-site for €3 per fouta per week.
• A final cleaning fee of €150 applies.
