-The apartment is ideally located on the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac, a 30-minute walk from the lake and the beach.
-Cycle path: 2 minutes by bike.
-Shops: supermarket, newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, banks… 30 minutes on foot.
Activities:
Hike on the Semnoz, cycle along the lakeshore, enjoy water sports (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), discover local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Eco-Museum…), take off on a paragliding flight, and stroll through the charming old town of Annecy.
Food lovers can enjoy tailor-made culinary experiences with our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All activities and services can be organized by our local partner, specialist in personalized stays.
Transport:
-Regular SIBRA bus lines, with a stop located near the apartment (200 meters, Ramponnet stop), provide easy access to Annecy city center (around 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 minutes).
-Geneva International Airport is about 50 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
-If you arrive by car, one private parking space is available underneath the chalet.

-Parties and noise disturbances strictly prohibited.
-Pets are not allowed.
-High-quality hotel-grade linens (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also included.
On site, you will be personally welcomed by a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you around the property, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
