Ideally located right on the slopes, at the foot of the Aup de Véran gondola and 500 meters from the shops, this 18 m² ground-floor studio features a south-facing terrace with an open view of the ski area. It accommodates up to 4 guests, with a living room that includes a double sofa bed and an entryway equipped with two bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6).

The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, mini oven, refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A flat-screen TV is provided. A ski rack is located at the building entrance (padlock required). Heating and hot water are central. Outdoor parking is available in the resort. Non-smoking accommodation.

Additional services are available upon reservation: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. For your winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome with a weekly supplement per pet.
