Perfectly located at the foot of the Aup de Véran gondola, this ski-in/ski-out studio offers direct access to the slopes and is just 500 metres from the nearest shops. With a surface area of 18 m², it is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift and features a south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the ski area.

The property sleeps up to 4 guests with a double sofa bed in the living room and two single bunk beds in a separate entrance area (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6).
The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker.
There is a shower room with WC.
A flat-screen TV is provided for your entertainment.
Ski storage is available on the ground floor. Heating and hot water are collective. Public parking is available outside the resort. Non-smoking accommodation.

Additional services can be booked in advance, including end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. During the winter season, take advantage of discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment hire. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays).
