Apartment

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Dinard, this charming apartment to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (140×200) and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a desk and a beauty area with a sink.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
- A garden shared with the other residents to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, casino...

Activities :
- Water activities : beach, sailing lessons, children's club on the beach
- Hiking : direct access to the GR34 to discover the coastal paths
- Access to St Malo by boat-bus for a visit of the corsair city
- Discovery of the Channel Islands at only one hour by boat
- By car: visit Mont St Michel, St Malo, St Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.
- Events: International film and book festival (Saint-Malo in May), international music festival (Dinard in July), the Great Tides...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment, or on the paying Parking of the City Center of Dinard: Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, 35800 Dinard.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: two bus stops nearby (Church or Tourist Office) which join the TGV station Rennes or Saint-Malo.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station located about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 10 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- 2 staircases to access the accommodation (1 external floor, 1 internal floor).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). For stays of more than 15 nights, renewal of linen is mandatory.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
