In an ancient villa named KER MARIE, 300 m from the beach and coastal path priory, 2 steps from the market and shops downtown. The villa is located in a quiet street lined with pretty houses Dinardaises, whose passage is only reserved for residents. It will be possible to park your car in the street or in other nearby streets (non-paying).

The recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a small building, its surface is 42 m2. It is very bright with East West facing windows. It can accommodate 4 people.
It has an entrance from the kitchen and living room, a first room with a double bed (160 * 200) with blankets, a second bedroom with trundle beds (80 * 190) duvets 150 * 200 cm, a separate toilet and a shower room.

The apartment has been renovated with great care by bringing comfort and functionality needed for a good holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted.
