About This Property
This summer we are renting our main residence in Veyrier du lac: a beautiful renovated wine farm on the sunny shore of Lake Annecy, offering a lovely view of the lake and mountains!
In a historic hamlet in the charming village of Veyrier, the location is ideal:
- in the sun all day
- quiet, away from noisy roads
- 10 minutes walk from the shops in the village center (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, etc.)
-10 minutes walk to the beach
-at the foot of the hiking departures for Mont Veyrier and near the cycle path
-15 minutes by car or bike from Annecy, 35 minutes from Aravis (la Clusaz, le Grand Bornand)
Alternate the pleasures of the lake and the mountains: paddle, climbing, water skiing, sailing, canyoning, paragliding, hiking, cycling (a must-see cycling tour of the lake...), mountain biking, via ferrata, golf, tree climbing, tennis, wakesurfing... Or opt for a getaway to Annecy and its old town!
Our house, renovated in 2020 and with the comfort of a main residence, is ideal for experiencing an unforgettable family vacation!
On the first floor you will find:
- 1 master suite (160x200 bed, adjoining bathroom, lake view)
- 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed each,
- 1 bedroom with a single bed + 1 pull-out bed (pull-out)
-2 separate toilets
-2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one shower adjoining the master suite)
on the second floor, under the attic:
-2 beautiful bedrooms (a 160*200 bed in the first, and 2 90*200 beds in the second)
-1 bathroom + toilet
On the ground floor, at terrace level:
- 1 large equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people
- 1 living room
In the basement :
-1 entrance (cloakroom, office)
-1 laundry room
Large terrace (80m²): large dining table (10 people), barbecue, deckchairs, relax armchairs, large parasol, ping pong table, darts, etc. Sunny all day (South and West) and magnificent sunset over the lake!
Private parking space
Equipment and comfort of a main residence: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, crepe party etc…
Wireless
Children’s games, board games, library…
2 adult bikes and 1 child bike (8-10 years old) available
Baby equipment on request (baby bed, high chair, changing mat, etc.)
If tenants cannot bring sheets, we offer a sheet package (sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover): 150 euros
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning, extra: 230 euros
Animals are not allowed.
