Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Sunrise, a splendid contemporary house ideally located on the first heights of Veyrier-du-Lac.

From its furnished terrace and outdoor saltwater swimming pool, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, in an idyllic setting for an unforgettable holiday, an intimate seminar or a rejuvenating retreat.

The villa comprises

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall leading to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with central island, wall-hung hood and American fridge.
- Bright living room with corner sofa, connected TV (Free), hi-fi system, library and fireplace.
- Cosy dining room for 8, adjoining a reading/games corner.
- Separate WC.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190 cm), TV and private shower room.

Outside area :
- Direct access to lake-view terrace with table, parasol, deckchairs and garden furniture.
- Private outdoor saltwater swimming pool (7.50 m x 5 m), secured by roller shutter, open from 01 June to 15 September.
- Small area below, ideal for more privacy.

Basement :
- Fully-equipped laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
- Extra fridge.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200 cm), en-suite shower room, washbasin, large dressing area and balcony access with lake view.
- Bedroom 3: single bed, large wardrobe and balcony with lake view.
- Bedroom 4: single bed, large wardrobe and balcony with panoramic lake view.
- Bedroom 5: single bed with built-in storage.
- Family bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Please note: an independent studio in the basement is rented on a year-round basis to a discreet person.

Villa Sunrise is ideally located in a quiet area of Veyrier du Lac, just 20 minutes' walk from the lake.
- Cycle path along the lake 5 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 12 minutes' walk away.

What to do :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus routes, with a stop located close to the villa (Barattes) make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 - 10 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 49 minutes by car. There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of two sheltered parking spaces and one unsheltered space.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

On arrival, you will be given a personalised welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
