ROMANTIC BEACH is a nice one bedroom apartment. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.



The decoration is modern. The brightness is omnipresent in the apartment due to its location in high floor.

The mahogany parquet floor, the cotton elements and the decorative objects bring a cozy atmosphere and softness.

Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
