Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Sainte Barbe in Plouharnel, this large (220 m²) comfortable house will be the ideal base for your holiday exploring the region or your surfing stays.



Here, everything is designed so that you can spend unforgettable moments with family. Optimal equipment and comfort level, trendy and stylish decor, bright and spacious, this house offers high-end services. Summer or winter, it is comfortable, warm and welcoming.

On the ground floor, life is organised around the lounge with comfortable sofas and its large fireplace, the superb fully equipped kitchen where a large table can accommodate ten people.

A vast bedroom (1 bed in 160 modular into 2 single beds), a functional utility room and separate toilets complete this level.

Cherry on the cake for water sports enthusiasts, an ideal rack to spread wetsuits in the utility room, as well as a water point and external storage for surfing equipment, make your after-surf session easier.

On the 1st floor are three bedrooms:

- the first is equipped with a 160 bed modular into 2 single beds,

- the second includes 4 single beds (including 2 bunk beds)

- the third is a master suite with a 160 bed and private bathroom with Italian shower.

On this floor are also a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate WC and a vast dressing room.

On the entire 2nd floor, the converted attic serves as an exceptional cocoon room, equipped with a very thick carpet and two velux-balconies from which you can observe surf spots. It is ideal for isolating oneself, resting, reading, relaxing...



The house is surrounded by a landscaped private enclosed garden of 350m² which allows children to play safely.



GOOD TO KNOW

- In July & August: rental from Sunday to Sunday

- Bed linen and household linen must be provided. The allocation includes disposable bed protections, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

- Parties are strictly forbidden.

- House reserved for family use, groups abstain.

- Possibility to park in front of the property.

- Smoking is prohibited inside.

- Pets are not allowed.



At your disposal: outdoor water point, fireplace (wood not provided), garden furniture, Wifi, travel cot, high chair, changing mat.



The neighbourhood:

The hamlet of Sainte Barbe in Plouharnel is ideally located at the entrance of the Quiberon peninsula, 15 minutes from Auray, Carnac and Erdeven beaches.

The Saint Barbe beaches (3 minutes by car) are a surf spot renowned for the quality of its waves. It is the ideal place to learn surfing and progress quickly.

Located on the wild dune strip (between Gâvres and Quiberon) classified as a Grand Site de France in 2018, Sainte Barbe is a privileged base for discovering the region and enjoying its activities.

The ports of La Trinité, Quiberon, the megalithic sites of Carnac and Locmariaquer, the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, the towns of Auray and Vannes; destinations are not lacking.



Activities:

Surfing, water sports, beaches of Erdeven and Carnac, port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, tennis court, sailing school, equestrian centre, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails). For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.
