The Cocoonr agency offers this superb apartment for rent, located on the 2nd floor in Plouharnel and accommodating up to 5 guests. It consists of a lovely living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 32 m² living room with a TV screen, not yet with access to channels, only to platforms. In this room, you will find a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping. (1 person)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
- A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A bedroom with two single beds.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dryer, washing machine.

Please note: The accommodation does not have any shutters, only the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

The house is ideally located in Plouharnel, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage or private parking lot of the residence.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station, 9.3 miles (18 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique

Self check-in required: Access to the accommodation is from 4:00 p.m. The keys can be collected from a key box on site.
