TERMS
Deposit returned within a month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary, floors, kitchen and windows clean, defrosted refrigerator, mattress protector and bath rugs washed ...). Inventory of equipment items in each apartment. We insist that the number of people indicated on the agreement must not be exceeded in any case.

Water and electricity consumption included in summer. Linen not provided.
