Our mazet is in an exceptional geographical location, close to the beach and the town center, with a very beautiful view, quiet and far from the famous summer traffic jams of St Tropez.
- The residence is completely secure, you can park your car in the private car park just 30m from the house.
- There are not many rentals. Most of the villas are second homes. Some have their own swimming pool. Therefore, the large swimming pool (20x10m) of the residence is never saturated;
- Cycling life is quite possible in our region. Close to home, there is a wide and well-marked cycle path that takes you either to the beach or to the city center. Note that this track extends to St Tropez. There is also the cycle path of the old little train of the Pignes (a beautiful road, calm, in the nature, with sea view) on the side of Issambres, which extends over 8 km.
