Unique in the heart of Skopelos, Votsalo House is one of the oldest houses in the village. Recently renovated, respecting the techniques and materials of the island, it has kept its character (wooden floor, mirror, antique furniture ...) and has modern equipment (WIFI, AC ...).
Outside, enjoy the large garden with trees and flowers, terraces, pool, garage (rare!) without forgetting: garden lounges, parasols, armchairs, deckchairs, BBQ ...

Inside:
Traditional house and modern comfort, perfect for a successful holiday on a wonderful Greek island!
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people (possibility to add 2 single beds for children).
2 bedrooms in the main part.
2 bedrooms each with their own entrance and bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, basic utensils ...)
Living room with TV, DVD player and library and dining area in front of the fireplace.
2 bedrooms are in the main house and share a bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms each have their own entrance and bathroom.
Access to the largest room is via stairs (a few steps down). Located at the bottom of the house, this room is naturally cool in the summer
The laundry room (washing machine and second refrigerator) is located at the back of the house.
Reversible air conditioning in the main part only.

Outside
House Votsalo is a haven of peace in the heart of the village.
Several spaces to take meals in the shade of eucalyptus, laurels ... or enjoy a relaxing time around a drink at night ... The view of the village from the top terrace is splendid!
The garden is well maintained and flowery (bougainvillea, lavender, geranium, rosemary, mint, basil); you can even pick and taste tomatoes, zucchini, plums, lemons, peaches from the garden!
At disposal: Loungers around the pool, garden furniture, parasols, armchairs, BBQ

Cleaning & change of sheets and towels: once a week.
Garden and pool maintenance: every day.

District :
Located in the village of Skopelos, the house is quiet while being close to the port, shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stations and taxis (5 minutes walk).
Unique in this area, the house has a large garden with trees and flowers, many terraces, a swimming pool. On site also: a covered garage for 2 vehicles (rare!).

In a few minutes on foot, you will be at the port, where everything goes! A coffee hit in the morning watching the boats come in and out of the harbor, stroll and get lost in the small pedestrian streets, lunch or dinner in one of the many delicious taverns of Skopelos, succumb to the pastries ... not to mention go shopping !

A 10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the island, hiking trails and churches or monasteries (there are more than 300 on the island!).
