HOUSE OF CARDS is a unique apartment with 2 bedrooms rue Meyerbeer just a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais.



The Scandinavian style decoration is warm and refined with some touches of originality related to the world of card games. It is an apartment in which you feel good that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends.



Its beautiful stone column in the living room offers a lot of character to this apartment and gives it a very atypical tone.



The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic.



The district is very lively, the street of France located a few meters has many traders and cafes.

You are very close to the pedestrian street just as attractive for its famous restaurants. Only a few seconds walk away is the Promenade des Anglais where you will find its beaches, the sea and its famous casinos.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa, desk, ottoman, flat screen TV and air conditioning.

It also has a dining table that seats 4 people for your meals.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.



BEDROOM 1 and 2:

The 2 bedrooms consist of a comfortable double bed, large storage cupboards and air conditioning.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and toilet.

In a cupboard of the entrance you will find the washing machine also making tumble dryer





There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.

The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.

A station is 300 meters from your apartment.

The train station is a few minutes walk.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
