Welcome to Le Baccara, a charming one bedroom apartment on a high floor, fully air-conditioned, with a pleasant south-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet... Ideally located in Nice's Carré d'Or district, in a luxury residence.



It comprises a living room with an office area, a separate kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, all opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with toilet completes the apartment.

Heating/cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
