In addition to accommodation:
- In winters, the interior courtyard is used as a private car park
- In summer the inner courtyard is reserved for convivial meals and table tennis games.
- Another free public car park is 100 m away
- A secure bicycle and ski room is available

The price includes the rental of the accommodation but also the local taxes as well as the charges (water gas electricity). All bedding is provided and installed before your arrival. Towels are also provided as well as the basic products. During school holidays we will favor a rental period of 7 nights minimum. Departures and arrivals are preferably on Saturdays.

Situation:
The residence is located a stone's throw from the market square, the church, and the alleys of Etigny. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the cable cars (Superbagnères station) and barely 15 minutes for the thermal baths. It is a quiet area away from the bustle, but close to everything ... (shops, cinema, restaurants, pharmacy, outdoor activities ...) and where you can do without a car ...

Transport:
1 shuttle stop 2 steps to reach Peyragude and Saint Gaudens stations as well as the thermal baths and the vaporarium.
20 minutes by car from Peyragudes / Peyresourde station
10 minutes walk from the cable cars to the Superbagnères station
