Ancient city house at the heart of Bagneres de Luchon built on 3 levels, near the market Place and close to the shops of Allée d’Etygny, the main avenue that integrate many shops, restaurants, cinema and the cable car that leads to Superbagneres station up to 1440 m.
From the cable car, you will reach the great ski resort of Superbagneres where you can go skiing in winter. In summer, many possibilities in the Superbagners station : hiking, mountain biking on the several mountain paths, paragliding, or gliding from the bottom of the station up to the Pyrenees.

The house is 150m2 with a capacity of 15 persons (8 adults + 7 children for example) + 1 baby (a baby cot available)

1st stairs : Sitting room (with large TV) includes 2 sofa, dining room with ancient oak table and 8 chairs around (several other chairs available). Kitchen with all equipments necessary (dishwasher, coffeee machine, tea pots, boiler, saucepans, etc..). A laundry with gaz boiler, multiple storage, washing machine and large fridge). On intermediate landing 1 courtyard with large table and chair allowing to eat outside and/or hang the laundry.

2e stairs : 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 140cm + another bedroom that contains a convertible sofa in bed and a single bunk bed above the sofa. 1 bathroom and 1 toilets available near the bedrooms

3e stairs : children dormitory that include a TV corner with low table sofa (convertible in bed) and TV. The dormitory space include 2 single bunk beds (90 x 2) + 2 other beds (120cm and a 90cm).
A ladder bring you to the mezzanine room where another 90cm single bed is available.
The dormitory include a bathroom and toilet

- Baby cot available for free. Quilt + pillows available as well.

- Sheets and towels available with extra price

- A fixed firm price of 90 Euros will be applied if the house is not cleaned up at the end of the stay
