Architect house located in a privileged area of Plouharnel, labeled "surf town", between Carnac (5 min by car) and Quiberon (wild coast 15 min).
The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday as the house is at an impasse. The GR34 passes in front of the house. You will go to Sainte Barbe beach by bike (7 minutes) or on foot (30-45 min) passing through the adorable village of Sainte Barbe and the dune massif. It is a very long sandy beach without rocks well known to surfers and other kite-surfers, as well as those who enjoy swimming (supervised in summer) in the waves. The coastal paths of Plouharnel, at the edge of the bay of Quiberon, in the direction of Carnac and La Trinité sur Mer will allow you to visit the oyster farmers. Shops on site (Super U) and Friday morning market in the center of Plouharnel. We lend you bikes (6 adults + 5 children 2X10-8-6-5 years) as well as 2 surfboards.

- Laundry room with shower back from the beach overlooking the garden (sink, shower, washing machine, dryer, extra fridge).
- Basement: Finnish SAUNA (rustic access for the moment and cold in winter) + shower.
- 6 bedrooms on the upper floors (3 half-floors): Ch 1: 160X200 bed, Ch 2 160X200 bed + bathroom with bath and wc, Ch 3: 2 90X200 beds (large 180 bed possible), Ch 4: 140X190 bed , ch 5: 2 beds 80X200 (double bed in 160X200 possible), Ch 6: 3 beds in 90X190.

We provide bath mats and tea towels, as well as some basic products such as condiments, household products).
SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE. Allow 10 euros per person in addition for the rental of household linen if you wish, to be paid in cash with the concierge.

Cleaning package available (140 euros in cash to be given to the concierge).
Inventory done on arrival and departure. A GUARANTEE of 1200 euros is requested (check not cashed). Heating in cold season and electricity are included in the price. Water consumption billed on statement.
- ATTENTION: our house is intended for peaceful family or friendly use. Evenings are strictly prohibited. No noise after 10 p.m. in accordance with the law. Our neighbors will be vigilant.
