This charming, fully renovated house with its own mature garden is located in the city, in the Aiguelongue district. You will be a stone's throw from Aiguelongue park and less than 10 minutes' walk from the St Eloi tram stop (line 1).
This spacious 106m² house with air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and hi-tech equipment is arranged on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, the sitting area, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are accompanied by a bedroom with sofa bed and its own bathroom. The toilets are separate.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and their wardrobe, one of which has an adjoining lounge. A 2nd bathroom with double sink is also available on the 1st level.
In the garden, bamboo, chestnut trees, lime trees and arbutus trees hide everything opposite and allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful terrace.
You also have 3 parking spaces inside a secure residence.

To do so, you will receive an email immediately after your reservation, allowing us to schedule this meeting.


In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:

• for an arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including tax payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.

In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.

At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
The latter is permanently available on our Class Appart site.
