Upstairs, the bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and a smart TV facing the bed offers a private and relaxing space. The adjoining modern and functional bathroom completes this loft, ideal for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.

Close to all amenities, the train station, and public transportation, this cozy retreat is the perfect starting point for exploring Montpellier's historic streets, shops, and restaurants. Peaceful and tranquil, pleasantly punctuated by its shops and residents, the Gambetta district is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Montpellier and is a very pleasant area to live in.
Supermarkets, bakeries, small shops, etc. are all within easy reach.
And if you need a car to get out of the center, or to reach the beach, for example, you will easily find parking in the area.
The nearest paid and secure parking lot is Gambetta.
For the tram, the nearest stop is Saint Denis.
You are a 10-15 minute walk from St. Roch train station.
