THE SWIMMING POOL IS COVERED BEFORE THE SEASON FOR THE WATER TO BE MORE HOT, BUT DURING THE RENTALS THE SWIMMING POOL WILL NOT BE COVERED.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : to ask, 50 € for stay

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 85 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.
