Luxury villa in L`Escala with amazing sea views, private pool and garden. This unique villa with the best finishes is situated in Cala Montgo, a privileged place in the Costa Brava, surrounded by ancient cultures and landscapes of great beauty. The area offers a great opportunity to spend your vacation surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. The beach of Cala Montgo is sandy and very shallow, it is ideal for kids! Hiking, biking, water sports and fishing - the area has everything, you choose!
This villa is distributed so that three of its four bedrooms as well as the living and dining room has panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Natural Park of Montgrí and the lovely beach of Cala Montgo. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet.
The house has three large terraces, a pool that overflows to the deep blue sea and a big garden where children can play freely. In total in the villa can sleep 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds).
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
