THE VILLA, THE GARDEN...
The house can accommodate 12 people + 2 babies maximum.
The location of the house is exceptional, in a quiet residential area, bordering the golf course, CLOSE to everything: beaches, dunes, forest, marine lake, golf 9 holes, water activities, walking paths, bike paths, restaurants, bars, shops... The house is ideal for families or couples who wish to spend a sports or peaceful holiday.

This superb architect house has a living area of 260m2:

*on the ground floor: the living room of 66m2 consists of an equipped open VINTAGE kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, table for 10 people) and a living room with television (Orange channels), a decorative fireplace, and many board games and books available.
You will also find two double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, a laundry/pantry with washing machine, dryer.

*Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

*Outside, you will enjoy the large covered terrace of 50m2 with a dining area with a plancha, a lounge area, views of the golf course, green areas (250m2), the hammock area and the pool of 11x4m temperate Easter holidays at the end of September, secured by an electric roller shutter.

- End of stay cleaning included in the price however the accommodation must be in a very good general condition to facilitate the reception of future holidaymakers.
-Linens (sheets/towels), beds upon arrival: OPTIONAL.

THE CONCIERGERIE SUD LANDES, YOUR HOST
The Concierge team will be your host and contact person for all questions concerning your stay. They will send you a welcome booklet and a tourist booklet as soon as you confirm your reservation so that you prepare your stay as well as possible.

Bed linen, towels are not included in the price of the rental, The concierge offers a rental service, to order on their online shop (internet address given when booking)

- bed linen kit: 17€/bed (bed made on arrival, duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow cases, non ironed linen)
- one small and one large bath towel/pers: 5€/pers.
- baby kit (1 free available): 20€ (umbrella bed + high chair)
- Beach towel (€5/person/towel)
⚠️ The villa is not suitable for groups wishing to organize parties. The area is quiet and the neighbors are attentive to noise. Any complaint from the neighborhood (music, shouts, noise pollution...) will result in a deduction of €500 from the deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The Conciergerie team will welcome you directly on site.
-Arrival from 16.00.
-Departure at 10.00 (appointment to be agreed the day before departure).
-Short stays of 2-3 nights and Weekend: arrival from 16.00, the house is at your disposal until 17:00 on the day of departure. For any other special request, a supplement may be requested
