Villa

Salty Woods Lodge is a brand new design villa in Soustons plage where you can enjoy nature and architecture. The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops.

Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season).
Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.

The house exists of two parts. One part has 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms, airco and a private terrace. In the other part you can find a well equipped kitchen, living area, laundry room, garage for outdoor gear (bikes, surf gear, golf gear,...) and the other two rooms with private bathroom, airco and terrace.
The house is surrounded by terraces, so there is enough space for everyone to find a little corner or to enjoy a nice meal together (BBQ available).
The swimming pool is heated from mid Mai until September. The dimensions of the pool are: 3 x 6m, 1,5m depth and an integrated bench of 25cm depth. The pool is secured with an alarm.
On demand we can put up an extra fence (see picture) between the two buildings, for children that can't swim.
Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday.
