You are livin right under the sky here, with amazing views over the city... from the 2 large roof terraces you can see Berlin's popular landmark, the "Fernsehturm" (TV tower) on Alexanderplatz, less than 2km away -- and who wants to go even higher up can climb the tower of the beautiful church of Zion right in front of the building, to get 360° panoramic views of most major Berlin sights: the Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, the Berlin Dome, or Mauerpark and the Berlin wall monument on Bernauer Strasse, which is only a 5-10 minutes walk away.

This apartment is located at the top floor (5th) of an old but newly refurbished building. It has huge panoramic windows and is very bright - in summer, you get direct sun rays here until around 9.30 PM!

The tasteful ambience is made up by the numerous paintings and works of art on the walls, which have been done by the owner and his father himself. International digital TV with hundreds of channels will be available from May 2018.

Conveniently situated at the border of the districts Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, Griebenowstr. (where this apartment is located) runs parallel to the famous "Kastanienallee". The apartment is wonderfully quiet, yet in the middle of a vibrant and fashionable neighborhood... close to Oderbergerstr. and "Mauerpark" with its famous Sunday's flea market and open air karaoke, and even some leftovers of the wall are just a stone's throw away!
