We rent a simply-furnished 2 bedroom apartment in an urban villa with six residential units from the year 1910th

It is a renovated old building. The house is located in Berlin Marienfelde. The location is quiet, but still central.

The S-Bahn station Marienfelde is approximately 7 minutes' walk. With the S-Bahn you reach the main central places like the Potsdamer Platz (in about 12 minutes) or the Brandenburg Gate and the Bundestag (in about 20 minutes).

Shopping (supermarkets) and restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking in front of the house are usually plentiful.

In this apartment there is a bed 160x200 in size.
Maximum, the apartment can be obtained with a total of four persons. Guest folding mattresses are made available for the third and fourth person.

An approx 800sqm large garden can be used in strict. Grilling is also possible.

Please observe that smoking is not permitted in our apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the existing terrace or in the garden of the house.
