Let's start with the large terrace on the upper floor, from which you have a wonderful view of the centre of the picturesque town of Calvià. With a glass of Mallorcan wine in hand, you can explore the area from here: Cast your gaze over the traditional ochre-coloured houses to the two small towers of the Sant Joan church, behind which you can make out the gentle silhouette from the Tramuntata range. Welcome to your holiday! You could probably stay up here forever if it weren't for the charming pergola with chill-out sofa area right next to the pool, which looks so tempting. If you want some time to yourself, you can relax in the hammock suspended between two gnarled trees at the end of the garden.







The interior of the finca is also an eye-catcher: the entire interior can be described as cosy and modern; colourful accents have been added in every room with paint or accessories to further emphasise the summery atmosphere that this accommodation exudes. The beautiful open-plan living area offers plenty of generous space and has direct access to the covered terrace, which is also ideal for barbecues. The glass double doors let in plenty of light and cheerful, colourful chairs await you around the round table. To the left is a cosy sofa area with a wood-burning stove, stereo system and TV, so that even on days when the weather is bad, there is always a pleasant atmosphere and plenty to keep you occupied. Just behind this is the fully equipped kitchen, which is the ideal place to start preparing a BBQ together. And if you love a hot cup of coffee, there is a Nespresso machine at your disposal. The four bedrooms are spread over the upper and lower floors, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have been fitted with brand new mattresses, making it even more comfortable to enter the land of dreams. The two spacious bathrooms have a bathtub and the additional toilet has a pretty-in-pink look. Now we come to another highlight of this house, which is located in the basement: the sauna with its own relaxation room. If you visit the house in the cooler months, you will find your very own private wellness oasis.



This holiday home really leaves nothing to be desired. Those looking for peace and quiet will find it on long walks in the countryside and those looking for a little more action can take a hire car to popular seaside resorts such as Palmanova and Perguera and stroll along the beach promenades with numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Finca Mofares is located on the outskirts of the town, not far from the motorway that connects Calvià with the authentic village of Es Capdella to the north and popular beaches such as Son Caliu and Cala Blanca to the south. Another great destination is the chic marina of Puerto Portals, the most famous water sports and leisure complex on Mallorca, which is only around 15 minutes away by car. There are also regular events such as fashion shows and a farmers' market.



The modern, family-friendly Finca Mofares is located just 1 km from the centre of the beautiful town of Calvià. There you will find supermarkets, an ATM, a weekly market and restaurants, everything you need for your daily needs. Popular sandy beaches such as Son Caliu and Cala Blanca are around 7.4 kilometres away by car.
