The estate Son Malero is located just 1 km from the old town of Calvià in a valley formed by the Tramuntana and Na Burguesa mountain ranges. The estate boasts excellent views of mountains, forests, almond fields and carob trees. The 25 m² studio apartment consists of a living/dining area, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a highchair and a baby cot.

An outdoor area shared with the other residents of the estate is also available for your use. This includes a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared dining area is also available.

In 12-15 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (950 m). Playa de Palmanova beach can be reached by car in 12 minutes (7.8 km). Furthermore, the centre of Palma is approximately 20 minutes away by car and Palma de Mallorca airport is a 28-minute drive away (30.7 km).

Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Bikes are available. A daily cleaning and change of towels are included in the price.
