From the open terrace surrounding the apartment on the first floor, you will have a lovely mountain view and on the ground floor you can spend the evenings on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and dinners from the barbecue. The closest supermarket is only a 4-minute walk (300 m) away, and the center of Calvia with many shops, restaurants and cafés is 500 m (6-minute walk) from the apartment. The closest beach, Platja Gran de Torà, is 9.8 km (16-minute drive) away. Mallorca’s capital city of Palma (city center) is located 20 km (26-minute drive) east of Calvia and the airport can be reached in a half hour (32 km).
