The stylish exterior of the house already gives you an idea of what to expect inside the Mallorcan farmhouse: lots of atmosphere with exposed quarry stone, old wooden beams, some antique furniture and decorative items complemented by new ones. A lounge with adjoining dining area creates a very cosy atmosphere, which you can enjoy in the bright sofa area in front of the fireplace. The rustic kitchen, which has retained its authentic flair with an original ceramic sink, a former open fireplace and hand-painted tiles, is also tastefully presented. Despite the rustic character, you will also find modern comforts here, of which the large gas hob is just one example. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two levels. Some of them have an earthy touch that matches the age of the house. There are three ultra-modern bedrooms on the upper floor. The bed sizes vary between single and double beds and are between 90 and 110 cm as well as 135 and even 150 cm in French size. Attractively designed bathrooms with bath or shower lend the cosy interior of the pretty farmhouse a pleasant, natural feel.
The location of the villa is phenomenal, as it is close to Manacor, one of the largest towns on the island, whose name translates as "hand on heart". This is a wonderful place to shop, not only for your daily needs, but also for an evening barbecue. On the other hand, you can enjoy the proximity to the beautiful sandy beaches on the bay of Alcúdia. Thanks to its central location, Can Comes is a wonderful starting point for a varied holiday and even after returning home from excursions you will appreciate the absolute tranquillity of this authentic property time and time again. It has left a lasting impression on the Fincallorca team. The charming, traditional property of Villa Can Comes is located in a beautiful natural setting between Manacor and the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere. Manacor, the third largest town on the island, offers shopping opportunities, including a colourful weekly market on Mondays. The coastal town of Colonia St. Pere with its town beach and a small beach promenade with restaurants is also only 13 km away. Further beautiful sandy beaches can be found along the 16 km long bay of Alcúdia.
