Located in Saint-Raphaël, this 35 m² apartment welcomes up to 5 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a single armchair bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). You’ll have a bathroom, separate toilet, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and board games for the whole family.



Enjoy a private garden of about 100 m² surrounding the apartment on three sides (east, south, west). Two uncovered private terraces are available, with step-free access (half-level up from the parking area).



A private, secure parking space is assigned to the apartment. Free street parking is also available. Entry is directly from the parking area, without passing through the main entrance of the residence. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not allowed.



Péguière beach is just 200 meters away. Many activities are nearby: boat trips, diving, hiking in the Estérel, and museums in Saint-Raphaël. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Household waste must be placed in plastic bags and disposed of in the containers on the ground floor; glass should be taken to the special containers on Boulevard de la Paix.
