Perched on the heights of Anthéor, between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, this contemporary villa offers one of the most beautiful views on the French Riviera. Facing the Mediterranean and the red rocks of the Estérel, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in a peaceful, unspoilt setting, just a few minutes from beaches and coves.

🌊 A stylish villa facing the sea

Spread over several levels, the house has been designed to make the most of the sea at all times: large picture windows, terraces on every floor, light from morning to evening. The 100 m² of interior space and around 1,000 m² of outdoor areas with sea view create a real holiday home, both modern and welcoming.
As soon as you enter, you discover a bright living / dining room opening onto a terrace with table, chairs, lounge area and gas barbecue.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, tableware and utensils) to easily prepare meals with family or friends. A separate toilet completes this level, as well as a second terrace with pergola, barbecue and dining area to extend summer evenings.

🛏️ Sleeping areas with sea view

Upstairs, the bedrooms are arranged along the sea-facing façade:
they all offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
Two bedrooms have 160x200 beds, a third bedroom has a bunk bed, and an independent sleeping area with a double bed facing the sea allows children/teenagers to stay in a cabin-like atmosphere with sea view.
2 bathrooms with walk-in showers complete this floor.
Thanks to the different levels and staircases, everyone can find their own quiet corner between terrace, bedroom, living room and pool area.

🌴 Private heated pool & panoramic terraces

One level below the living room, the private heated pool overlooks the bay.
The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor lounge furniture so you can enjoy the 180° view over the sea and the Estérel massif.

📍 Anthéor, Estérel & French Riviera

The villa is located in the heart of the Estérel massif, in the residential area of Anthéor, known for its red rocks plunging into the sea and its unspoilt little beaches. Hiking, mountain biking and trail enthusiasts will love the many marked paths in the Estérel, while sea lovers will enjoy the crystal-clear waters for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking or diving.

By car, you can easily reach:
Saint-Raphaël and its ports in about fifteen minutes,
Cannes and the Croisette in around 25 minutes,
Nice airport in 45 minutes,
Saint-Tropez in just over an hour via the coastal road or by boat from nearby ports.
It is the ideal starting point for discovering the whole French Riviera while staying in a quiet environment between sea and nature.

🛎️ Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property: villa, terraces, garden and private pool.
Check-in is self-service via a key box from 4 p.m.

🧺 Linen & cleaning

For stays of 6 nights or more, bed linen and towels are provided.
For stays of less than 6 nights, linen is available as an optional extra at an additional cost (on request).

💼 Service

To make your arrival easier, check-in is completed online via a link sent after booking.
You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet for the duration of your stay: arrival procedure, tips for enjoying the villa, recommended places (restaurants, beaches, walks) and activity ideas on the
French Riviera.

Security deposit & tourist tax
An additional payment request may also be sent to you for the tourist tax, depending on the platform used.
A security deposit in the form of an online bank card pre-authorisation may be requested at the time of booking, depending on the platform used.
