This quiet and idyllic Greetjehaus is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a magnificent, unobstructed view across the surrounding fields. Those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle will find ideal conditions here. The beach is about a 15- to 20-minute walk away and invites you to enjoy long walks and relaxing hours by the sea. Pets are welcome upon request and for a fee. The approximately 700 m² garden offers plenty of space for playing, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. Two sun terraces by the house invite you to linger or barbecue. The ground floor was completely renovated and modernized in early 2016. Here you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a separate dining area, and a large panoramic window with an electric shutter and access to the terrace. A bedroom with a double bed, mosquito net, and electric shutter, a modern separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine complete the ground floor. The upper floor was also modernized in early 2018 and offers two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with mosquito nets and electric shutters. A separate WC with washbasin provides additional convenience. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, several coffee machines, a fully equipped kitchen, child-friendly extras, and a lovingly landscaped garden make this holiday home an ideal vacation retreat for families and those seeking peace and quiet.
