The main area features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. The adjoining studio, accessible via the terrace, offers another double bed, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, and storage space. The large, covered south-facing terrace is sheltered from the wind and furnished with sun loungers, an awning, a dining table, a parasol, and a barbecue. Two bicycles are available free of charge. This is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed.
