Sprawled across two floors with approximately 180 m², the house consists of a cozy, beautifully decorated living room with satellite TV and a spacious dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is located near the dining area and offers access to a covered terrace shaded by large trees surrounding the house. There are three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) and three bathrooms (1 shower, 2 showers over bathtub), all of which are ensuite. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have their own air conditioning.



The highlight of this property is its beautiful and picturesque natural garden. Just a few meters from the house, beneath the shade of mature trees, you’ll find the 7m x 4m infinity pool (depth 0.80–1.80m, saltwater). Here, guests can soak up the Mediterranean sun in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Next to the pool is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining table.
