Check-in after 9 PM might be subjected to a €50 fee. Unauthorized Late Check-out after 11 AM until 1 PM is subjected to a €100 fee. After 1PM the daily rate will be charged ( will depend on availability) Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A €250 cleaning fee will be applied for any violation of this policy. Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is granted by the host. Indoor furniture must remain inside. If outdoor furniture is needed, please inform us in advance for proper arrangements. Excessive dirt or mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Any damage, theft, or loss of keys will incur a penalty fee.
