The modern, fully equipped 65 m² apartment on the first floor in Norderstedt welcomes up to four guests and offers two separate bedrooms, each with its own workspace and fiber-optic internet connection. The bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. In the living room, you will find a smart TV. Additional amenities include private Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a baby cot for families with small children. Self-check-in ensures a smooth arrival.



Enjoy the private, southwest-facing balcony with seating to relax and soak up the afternoon sun.



Both public street parking and an underground parking space are available (maximum vehicle size: width 200 cm, height 155 cm, depth 500 cm). Events and parties are not permitted in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not inside the apartment. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be observed to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all residents.



Your stay is intended exclusively for recreation and living. Photo or video shoots, the sale of services, and other commercial activities in the accommodation are not permitted.



The apartment is located in an urban area directly at the subway station with excellent connections: you can reach Hamburg city center in about 35 minutes and the airport in around 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, a bakery, and supermarkets; a cinema is just a few steps away. Please note that the accommodation is situated on a busy shopping street with a lot of foot traffic and close to the train station – the location is lively, not quiet.
