Welcome to our spacious, bright 96 m² apartment in a quiet location directly at Norderstedt City Park – ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. You can reach Hamburg by subway in about 30 minutes.



The apartment is on the first floor of a well-maintained multi-family house (no elevator) and offers space for up to 5 people.



Sleeping arrangements:



- Bedroom 1: Box spring bed (180x200 cm) with topper, baby bed available on request

- Bedroom 2: Pull-out bed (160x200 cm, can be used as a double bed)

- Living area: Sofa bed for 1 person (optional)



Bathroom:



- Rain shower and bathtub – perfect for relaxing



Kitchen & equipment:



- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator

- Starter package with coffee, tea, pasta, pesto, and a bottle of wine

- Bluetooth ceiling speakers in kitchen and bathroom

- Plenty of daylight thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows

Directly at the city park with playgrounds, beach pool, wakeboard facility, and summer events. Perfect for walks in nature. Supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery are nearby. Bus stop in front of the house – about 10 minutes to the Norderstedt Mitte subway, then about 30 minutes to Hamburg city center.

No pets, no parties. Non-smoking apartment.
