On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy bedroom with an adjustable double bed (head and foot), and a modern bathroom that is wheelchair accessible, including a toilet. The bright living room with open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto a covered pergola and a lush green garden, offering plenty of privacy through the large glass doors. A lovely spot to relax, play, or enjoy al fresco dining.



Next to the living area is a practical utility room, with an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, and ample storage space – ideal for extended stays or larger families.



Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A folding bed is also available for extra guests. A second toilet and a large bathroom are also located on this floor. For families with little ones, a safety gate can be installed at the top of the stairs.



The sunny enclosed garden is perfect for lazy afternoons or lively barbecue evenings, with a stone BBQ under the pergola. And with parking for two cars on the property, you'll never have to worry about where to leave your vehicle.
