This bedroom connects directly to a fully adapted bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible toilet, and plenty of space to move around – ideal for guests needing extra support and comfort.

The bright and airy living area creates a welcoming atmosphere, with a fully equipped open kitchen that makes cooking a joy. Large sliding doors open onto the garden, where you’ll find a shaded pergola – perfect for long summer evenings. The beautifully enclosed garden offers both sunshine and privacy, inviting you to relax or enjoy outdoor games.

Through the living room, you’ll also access a surprisingly large utility room, complete with premium features like an extra oven, washing machine, dryer, and extensive storage – a practical bonus for longer stays or larger families.

Upstairs, there are two more comfortable bedrooms. One offers a double bed, while the other can be flexibly arranged with two to three beds (including a convenient foldaway bed). The modern upstairs bathroom feels like a private spa, featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and a separate toilet. Families with young children will also appreciate the safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Outside, the holiday feeling is complete: the stone barbecue is perfect for enjoying meals under the pergola, while the sunny garden provides plenty of space to relax and play. At the front of the house, you’ll find private parking for two cars on the property.
