This flat consists of a spacious living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate single beds, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet with washbasin. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 children. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony of this holiday flat with sea view.
Behind the house there is a beautiful pool area with a 32 m² large and 1.6 m deep pool. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar. The flat has a private car park, which is provided free of charge. A footpath leads from the house to the village centre and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town centre with restaurants, cafés, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities is only a few minutes' walk away. The property is video-monitored and fully fenced. The entrance gate and flat doors are opened using a modern card system. For special occasions such as birthdays or similar, the wine cellar can be used for celebrations by arrangement with the landlord.
