The house extends over a ground floor, a middle floor and the first floor. There is also an outdoor area with two terraces, a garden and a balcony with sea views. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house. The air-conditioned ground floor features a spacious living room with access to a partially covered terrace at the front of the house. Here you will find a sofa bed, which is ideal for two children. The living room is equipped with a large smart TV with satellite connection. From the living room, a staircase with seven steps leads to the middle floor and directly into the kitchen and dining area. A door leads from the kitchen to the rear of the house and the back terrace. The middle floor also has two bathrooms, a separate toilet and the entrance area/hallway. One of the bathrooms is located in the kitchen area and is separated by curtains rather than a door. Seven more steps lead from the hallway to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, offer sea views and access to the balcony, and are each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV with satellite connection.
The covered balcony on this floor also offers sea views. The very pleasant outdoor area (250 m²), planted with Mediterranean vegetation, consists of two terraces and a garden. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the driveway.
