The holiday home, built in 2012, is a semi-detached house and is modern and functional. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 320 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car).

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September 3 m x 8 m 1.4 m deep).

Pula: train station 12 km and airport 9 km. In summer: Swimming opportunity 800 m in Ližnjan (beach 1000 m in Ližnjan with meadow, pebbles, and bathing platforms). Ližnjan: diving 1000 m and fishing 800 m. Water sports opportunities, boat rental each 2 km in Medulin.

Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, dishwasher, fridge (20 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, access to the terrace and kitchen towels. Separate WC with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (5 sq m, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extra bed on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
