Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is located in Ližnjan, 2 km from Matićev-Pisak Beach and 2.9 km from Japnenica Beach, as well as 12 km from the Pula Amphitheatre. The accommodation is 1.9 km from Ližnjan Beach, and guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and private parking available on site. Access is via a side road. Parking in a carport.

Water sports opportunities, boat rental each 2 km in Medulin.

Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
